Margarita is a key member of the team with her diverse skill set and commitment to excellence. As a native of El Salvador, Margarita brings a personal understanding of the immigrant experience, which enhances her ability to connect with and support the firm’s clientele.

Margarita holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, equipping her with a strong foundation in organizational and administrative skills. Since joining BLG in May 2022, she has been an integral part of the firm’s operations.

In her role, Margarita primarily manages customer service, handling client calls with professionalism and empathy. She is also responsible for the firm’s calendaring and mail processing, tasks that are particularly challenging given their voluminous nature. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensure that these critical aspects of the firm’s operations are conducted smoothly and effectively.
