She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in government and politics in 2015, providing her with a solid foundation in the legal and political aspects pertinent to her role.

Before joining BLG in June 2023, Cindy amassed eight years of valuable immigration paralegal experience at some of the Washington DC area’s top immigration law firms. This extensive background has honed her skills, making her one of the most detail-oriented members of the BLG team. Her diligence and precision in handling legal matters are exceptional and contribute significantly to the firm’s success.

Cindy primarily focuses on removal defense cases before immigration courts, a vital and challenging area of immigration law. Additionally, she is adept at preparing pleadings for state circuit courts, a crucial step in assisting juvenile immigrants in their pursuit of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Her meticulous attention to detail and thorough approach in these areas ensure that clients receive the highest quality of legal support.
