She is a proud graduate of Montgomery College, with a background in social work, demonstrating both academic excellence and a commitment to her field.
Camila brought more than four (4) years of experience working in immigration law firms prior to joining BLG in June, 2024. Camila has quickly become known for her efficiency and adaptability, swiftly mastering the demanding workload and fast-paced environment of immigration law practice. Her ability to handle complex cases with skill and diligence reflects her dedication and capability.
Camila primarily focuses on removal defense cases before immigration courts, a challenging and critical area of immigration law. She also plays a key role in the preparation of pleadings for state circuit courts, contributing significantly to the firm’s efforts to assist juvenile immigrants in obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Her work in these areas is not only a testament to her professional abilities but also resonates with her personal experiences, adding depth and empathy to her role at BLG.
