Dariana, better known to her co-workers and clients as “Fabi,” brings a unique blend of compassion and expertise to her role. As a native of El Salvador, Dariana has a personal understanding of the challenges faced by immigrants, an insight that adds depth and empathy to her work. She holds an Associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Montgomery College, a background that has equipped her with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.

Since 2017, Dariana has dedicated her career to immigration law, working as a paralegal for various immigration law firms in the Washington D.C. area. This experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of immigration law, which she brings to her role at BLG since joining the firm in September 2023.

Known for her compassion and deep care for her clients, Dariana’s approach to her cases goes beyond mere professionalism. She is particularly focused on removal defense cases before immigration courts and the preparation of pleadings for state circuit courts. Her work is instrumental in assisting juvenile immigrants to obtain Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, a critical step in securing their future in the United States.

Dariana’s previous experience also includes extensive work with all forms of relief before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and foreign consulates. Her diverse background in immigration law makes her an invaluable asset to BLG, where she continues to make a significant impact on the lives of her clients through her dedication and heartfelt commitment to their cases.
